Politely inform the officer:
1.  that you are choosing not to answer any questions;
2.  that you are requesting the assistance of an attorney;
3.  that you are not consenting to any searches, unless otherwise authorized by law;
4.  that you are choosing not to perform field sobriety tests;
5.  that you are choosing not to give a breath sample on scene; and
6.  that you will take a breath test or blood test at a police station or hospital, unless after speaking with an attorney, your are advised otherwise.
